Yes. All GreenCubeHouse tiny houses are built for year-round use. Walls insulated 14–20cm mineral wool, floor 20cm, roof 24cm. U-values meet German energy standards.

How long does delivery take after ordering?

Production 8–14 weeks depending on model. Delivery to Germany takes 2–5 days after completion. Transport and placement are included.

What is the starting price for a tiny house?

From €35,000 for the THOW18 (18m²). The Cozy House (38m²) from €39,900. All prices are for fully finished, move-in-ready homes including interior, insulation, windows, and utilities.

What materials are used?

C24 grade spruce timber frame, OSB sheathing, mineral wool insulation, vapour barrier, fibre cement or wood cladding exterior, double- or triple-glazed windows and doors.

Can I customise the interior layout?

Yes. Every GreenCubeHouse is built to order. Choose interior layout, number of rooms, kitchen placement, bathroom configuration, window positions, and exterior cladding.

What warranty is included?

2-year construction warranty covering structural integrity, windows, doors, and installed fittings. Timber frame designed for a 50-year lifespan.

What insulation thickness is used?

Standard: walls 14cm mineral wool, floor 20cm PIR, roof 24cm mineral wool. Premium: walls 20cm, floor 24cm, roof 30cm. U-values comply with German EnEV.

Can solar panels be added?

Yes. Solar panels available as optional upgrade. Also battery storage, rainwater collection, and composting toilet options for off-grid living.

Is a building permit required in Germany?

Requirements vary by state (Bundesland). THOWs under 3.5 tonnes may be registered as vehicles. Permanent structures require a Baugenehmigung. We advise on local regulations before purchase.
