Buying a tiny house: what really matters

A tiny house is more than a small building – it is a complete home on a few square metres. To enjoy it for years, three things count most: how it is built, how well it is insulated and an honest final price. Since 1991 we build our tiny houses in our own workshop in Plovdiv from solid wood, with 100 mm high-performance insulation and triple glazing. That makes them habitable all year round – even through an Alpine winter.

Three sizes, clear prices

We build on three chassis lengths: 5.40 m (18 m², from €39,000) for singles and couples, 7.20 m (30 m², from €48,000) as our most popular all-rounder, and 8.40 m (38 m², from €56,000) with two bedrooms for small families. All prices are net, plus the VAT of the destination country – delivery to your address is always included.

What the price includes

Every house is fully prefabricated: kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC, underfloor heating, electrics and plumbing are completely installed. You also receive the GEG energy certificate and the structural calculations – two documents authorities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland often ask for. Every house comes with a 3-year warranty.

With or without a trailer?

A tiny house on wheels can be moved to a new location later. If you plan to live in one place permanently, you can also order the house without a chassis (for example our Paul model). For permanent living you will need a suitable plot and usually a building permit in either case – we are happy to advise you beforehand.
